New Orleans French Quarter Festival 2026

Mark your calendars for April 16–19, 2026 as we head to one of the most vibrant celebrations in the country. The French Quarter Festival has grown into a beloved annual event, attracting thousands of visitors eager to experience the heart and soul of New Orleans.

Set in the city’s historic center, this festival offers a unique alternative to the Jazz & Heritage Festival, giving you the freedom to immerse yourself in the authentic spirit of New Orleans. Enjoy the city’s rich cultural heritage through its music, cuisine, and traditions. With over 20 stages scattered throughout the French Quarter, you’ll hear everything from traditional jazz and brass bands to Zydeco—plus plenty of special festival features. It’s a party you won’t want to miss!

Our tour departs from New Jersey and includes a stop in Pigeon Forge, TN both on the way to and from New Orleans. While time in Pigeon Forge will be brief, you’ll still enjoy great food and entertainment.

In New Orleans, most of your time will be at leisure so you can explore at your own pace. We’ll gather for one memorable group dinner aboard the Steamboat Sanchez, and if you’d like to add individual activities, A-1 Tours will gladly assist with recommendations and bookings.

During the stay in New Orleans, you will be accommodated at a centrally located 3* property with breakfast included.
